By accessing or using myretirement.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Iron Reed LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
myretirement.io provides browser-based retirement planning tools including portfolio projection, Monte Carlo simulation, Social Security optimization, Roth conversion analysis, and related financial planning modules.
We offer two service tiers:
myretirement.io is designed for educational and informational purposes only. The projections, analyses, and outputs generated by the tool are estimates based on mathematical models and assumptions you provide. They are not guarantees of future results.
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax professional. Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
Actual investment returns, tax rates, inflation, Social Security benefits, and other factors will differ from projections. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@myretirement.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Planner subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will be communicated by email and will take effect at your next renewal date.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for new Planner subscriptions. To request a refund, contact hello@myretirement.io within 7 days of your initial purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
All content, software, design, and functionality of myretirement.io is owned by Iron Reed LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.
The financial data you enter into the tool remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over your inputs or the plans you create.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no warranty that projections or calculations produced by the tool are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRON REED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON PROJECTIONS OR ANALYSES PRODUCED BY THE TOOL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
